With the pneumatic fittings of the Eisele BASICLINE approximately 4000 standardised connection components made of high-quality materials are available. This ensures access to a complete spectrum of screw-in fittings, push-in fittings and quick-release couplings, as well as functional threaded connections. In addition, an extensive assortment of accessories and tubes is also available.

The push-in fittings of the Eisele INOXLINE are made of high quality non-corrosive and acid-resistant stainless steel. All parts are machined entirely from solid material and are particularly well suited for hygiene-sensitive applications in food and pharmaceutical environments, as well as processing technology. Based on the design of our time-proven standard components, the materials and surface treatment of Eisele INOXLINE stainless steel connectors makes them thoroughly easy to clean and extremely corrosion resistant. It includes push-in fittings with one or two seals, screw-in fittings as well as stainless steel fittings designed with minimal dead zones or joints to prevent the accumulation of product residue.

The Eisele LIQUIDLINE offers the most extensive line of screw-in and push-in fittings for coolant applications on the market. High-quality craftsmanship and low production tolerances set the Eisele LIQUIDLINE – quality made in Germany – apart from the coolant fittings of other manufacturers. The Eisele LIQUIDLINE is designed for long-term operation with no leaks or corrosion even under harsh ambient conditions. To provide solutions for diverse applications, the coolant connectors are made of dezincification-resistant brass, seawater-proof aluminum and stainless steel. FKM is used for the sealing material. LIQUIDLINE push-in coolant fittings are resistant to high temperatures, aggressive aqueous media and many other substances.

Modular kit system for multiple and multi-media connectors

The fully modular design principle of Eisele MULTILINE ADAPTIVE makes it possible to combine such different operating media as compressed air, vacuum, gases, coolants and liquids in a single interface. MULTILINE ADAPTIVE is an individually configurable multiple and multi-media connector that is available with or without shut-off and also in a drip-free version. For use in the food industry the connectors are also available with FDA-compliant seals. MULTILINE E completes the Eisele modular kit system for modular multiple connectors to include exchangeable adaptive inserts for electrical and electronic signals. The E-connector line offers the widely used and standardised M12 connectors in different constructions for diverse applications. They include A-coding, Cube6, Profibus, Ethernet, three to twelve pins and a version of the M12 power plug for power electronics up to 630 volts.

Durable plastic tubes for every application

In addition to solid metal connection components Eisele also offers an extensive assortment of plastic tubes. Numerous different tube materials in all important materials, dimensions and colour variants offer a solution for virtually every application are available. From compressed air tubes to tubes for special applications that are resistant to chemicals as well as flames, kinking, hydrolysis or extreme temperatures. As a result of close tolerances the plastic tubes are also ideal for use in applications that require leak-proof tubes.
